Shipping Policy:
When you check out you will be presented with your choice of shipping options. You may select various levels of shipping from the USPS (United States Postal Service). The least expensive shipping method is to select “media mail”. All products in our catalog qualify for this lower rate for shipments within the United States. The delivery time of your order will depend on the specific products availability and the delivery options you select during checkout. On average most orders will ship from us within 10-15 business days, depending on the manufacturers supply. Some items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturers.
Ship To Address Policy:
On PayPal orders, we can only ship to the Confirmed Address that Pay Pal submits.
Shipping Out of the Continental United States:
Currently we can provide shipping to many countries out side of the United States, however the only method we offer is to ship using the United States Post office GXG global express guarantee. GXG provides tracking and insurance. If you are not sure that your country is serviced by GXG please contact us through email at Orders@whateverycatholicshouldknow.com with your questions or visit the US post office site at www.Usps.com.
Return Policy:
If you desire to return any product that you purchase from our catalog, please observe the following policies regarding returns:
Before a product is returned, you must contact us at orders@whateverycatholicshouldknow.com. Please be specific with the nature of your request and reason for returning the item. You will be given the specific return procedures by email.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace the item free of charge. You must notify us via email within 10 calendar days of receipt. After you receive our response, you will be required to send the damaged item back to us. All items must be returned shipped through the US postal system with “Delivery Confirmation”. A replacement item will be sent to you and no additional charge.
Product Descriptions
On-line Resources and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, On-line Resources does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by On-line Resources itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
We will not accept returns for products based on content or topic matter only returns on damaged or defective goods will be accepted.
